10 WWE Wrestlers Lost In The Shuffle

5. Cedric Alexander

Wherever you'd wish to classify Cedric Alexander, we all know where he isn't.

He isn't in AEW, unlike wife Big Swole, who he tweeted about being jealous of during the transcendent All Out. He isn't in The Hurt Business, because WWE split them up for no good reason. He isn't in the tag team with former Raw Tag Team Champion partner Shelton Benjamin, and he isn't in the plans for anything major. Or not based on how it looks on television.

Alexander's worked as many Main Event shows as Raws in the last 10 weeks, and even the Monday night matches find him going 50/50 with Benjamin and Jeff Hardy or taking a battering off former boss Bobby Lashley.

There's not so much as a shred of direction either, making the various appearances feel even more hollow than most soulless WWE midcard matches. Alexander was hired on the strength of his in-ring work, but he's never once been given a story to help make it all mean something. Sadly, that doesn't appear to be changing any time soon.
