9. Jey Uso

2020 brought about a fair few surprises in WWE, but one of the biggest was the sudden rise and singles run of Jey Uso. Seeing the Uso tag team member strike out on his own and face Roman Reigns for the Universal title gave the family affair a gripping intensity. It also showed us the potential that this star has in the company as a singles figure.

The family bloodline story has already achieved so much, but there is still plenty of momentum for it to move forward with. Audiences can look forward to great moments like the return of Jimmy Uso, more screen time for Jey and possibly even some dissension amongst the ranks of the family, thanks to the tyrannical behaviour of Reigns.

He finds himself in a thoroughly important position on the card now, being aligned with the Universal Champion. As such, 2021 could be a year that we get to fully see Jey move to the heights of the card permanently, and possibly even get a singles title run.

Things are genuinely looking up for the talented performer.
