8. Aleister Black

Aleister Black is an incredible wrestler. His aesthetic made him immediately stand out upon his debut in NXT, with his tattooed body and gothic presentation making him seem like a creature of darkness from the first second. He would spend the next couple of years establishing himself as a legitimate talent, using his extensive kickboxing and wrestling experience to craft hard-hitting and emotional matches.

Over the course of his NXT run, he proved to the world that he was capable of having good matches with pretty much everyone, devastating opponents with his lethal finisher the "Black Mass" and getting audiences invested in storylines. He was celebrated like a god upon winning the NXT Championship at TakeOver: New Orleans, and his narratives with The Velveteen Dream and Johnny Gargano mesmerised audiences with their emotional resonance.

Upon arriving on the main roster, Black has sat in a room, lost the aesthetic and theme music that immediately established himself as a star, gained an eyepatch, lost his threatening aura and is now losing midcard feuds on Raw. With rumours floating around that Vince doesn't see Aleister as a star, it's clear the Dutchman isn't beloved by his boss, despite his talents.
