9. Andrade
The former 'Cien' is an unbelievable wrestler, putting on the WWE match of the decade with Johnny Gargano at TakeOver: Philadelphia, having Drew McIntyre’s best match at WarGames, and delivering every time he steps into the ring. His brutal offence, immaculate transitions, and veteran instincts bring out the best of every opponent he works with.
In addition to this, Andrade is incredibly handsome and charismatic, a natural heel champion and with manager Zelina Vega by his side, he seemed destined for a run with a main roster World Title.
Yet despite his incredible skills, Andrade has done almost nothing since coming to the main roster two years ago. He has lost continuously as part of a tag team with Angel Garza, he got separated from Vega despite the pairing’s success, and he’s now one of only two wrestlers to not get selected by a brand in this year’s draft. He has clearly been limited backstage by his first language being Spanish, and that’s absolutely shameful.
Anyone can see that Andrade would deliver as a top guy, but Vince doesn’t see him as someone worth investing in. Hopefully he gets to wrestle for more than 5 minutes every few weeks soon.
