10 WWE Wrestlers Who Deserve A Singles Match At WrestleMania
1. Dolph Ziggler
When It Should Have Happened: No one has been more vocal about wanting a singles match at WrestleMania in recent years than Dolph Ziggler, and rightfully so. Having been with the company since 2004, surely there should have been a year where he could have had a match to call his own at The Show of Shows.
In 2011, WWE should have continued the momentum Ziggler had going following his feud with Edge over the World Heavyweight Championship, but he was instead placed in a random six-person tag team match against Snooki. He was in a similar situation in 2012 when he was chasing the WWE Championship, but was relegated to a multi-man tag team match at WrestleMania 28 instead of facing Mick Foley one-on-one as had been teased early on that year.
Chances of It Happening In the Future: The Showoff should be a part of WrestleMania 33 if his contract is set to expire in the summer of 2017, but his track record as of late hasn't been too promising. He's been involved in rivalries with Sheamus, Rusev, Kevin Owens and Baron Corbin over the last year, but has come out on the losing end each time. Thus, it's highly improbable that Ziggler will get the chance to compete in a singles match at WrestleMania before he calls it a career.
