When It Should Have Happened: With over two dozen midcard and tag team titles between them, the WWE careers of Kofi Kingston and The Miz have almost paralleled. The only difference is that The Miz has worked a singles match at WrestleMania (in the main event, no less) and Kingston hasn't.

Aside from 2013, Kofi Kingston has been a part of WrestleMania every year in some form or fashion since his main roster debut in 2008. Whether it was a Money in the Bank Ladder match, a Battle Royal or a multi-man tag team match, he has shined each time he has stepped foot on the grandest stage of them all. But how does someone with as much consistency as Kingston continue to get snubbed for a singles match at 'Mania?

2010 would have been the year for him to have his first one-on-one match at WrestleMania coming off his hot program with Randy Orton, but he was shoe-horned into the mess of the Money in the Bank Ladder match instead.

Chances of It Happening In the Future: All hope is not yet lost for him, however. Kingston has rejuvenated his stagnant career as part of The New Day, though it can be argued he'll enjoy success for as long as he is with them and not on his own. At this point, it's far-fetched to think he'll get that long awaited one-on-one match at 'Mania, but he remains deserving, nevertheless.
