10 WWE Wrestlers Who Deserve A Singles Match At WrestleMania

9. Neville

When It Should Have Happened: A case can be made that instead of Hideo Itami, Neville should have qualified for the 2015 Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 31. He wouldn't have had to win, but at least have a strong showing in defeat and come close to emerging victorious. He still could have made his Raw debut the next night against Curtis Axel. It's just that Itami's small role in the match served zero purpose seeing as how he was decisively eliminated by Big Show in a matter of minutes. Would Neville have suffered the same fate?

He spent the remainder of 2015 floundering in feuds with Bo Dallas and Stardust and falling short of winning the Intercontinental Championship on several occasions. He was considered a lock for the Ladder match for the Intercontinental title before suffering an ankle injury in mid-March, costing him his WrestleMania moment, with his replacement Zack Ryder ultimately emerging victorious.

Chances of It Happening In the Future: One can only hope Neville will be better utilized upon his return because he is too talented to be wasted. A Red Arrow on the grandest stage of them all is a 'Mania moment waiting to happen, and it could occur as soon as WrestleMania 33 if WWE wakes up and realizes what type of talent they have on their hands with The Man That Gravity Forgot.
