10 WWE Wrestlers Who Grabbed The Brass Ring In 2019
5. Becky Lynch
The #1 entry on this list last year, Becky Lynch has continued her remarkable rise in WWE throughout 2019.
It began with the Royal Rumble, where she failed to defeat Asuka to regain the SmackDown Women's Championship but re-emerged later in the night to claim victory, last eliminating Charlotte Flair to win the Rumble and thus punch her ticket to WrestleMania.
Despite a convoluted build to 'The Show of Shows', fan support for Lynch never waivered and she made history alongside Charlotte Flair & Ronda Rousey by main eventing 'Mania, pinning Ronda Rousey to close the show as "Becky Two Belts".
Although Becky would go on to lose her blue brand belt at Money in the Bank, she has since gone on to become the longest-reigning Raw Women's Champion, with many anticipating that she will hold it till next year's WrestleMania. Furthermore, she headlined a stacked Survivor Series card alongside Shayna Baszler & Bayley and was recently named one of Twitter's Top Athletes of the year, beating Ronda Rousey in the process.
Grabbing the brass ring may be almost impossible in the modern era, but Becky Lynch has the blueprint.
