10 WWE Wrestlers Who Lost Their Mojo
5. Rikishi
To say that Rikishi, a man whose finishing move consisted of him rubbing his buttocks in the face of his opponents, was ever truly "great" is probably a bit of a stretch.
He was definitely on the cusp of the main event at the turn of the millennium, though, when he became embroiled in cousin Dwayne's WWF Title aspirations by running over Stone Cold Steve Austin before being thrown off Hell in a Cell a short while later.
Whatever it was he had seemed to evaporate very quickly thereafter, his remaining run with the company largely spent teaming with Scotty 2 Hotty again and doing a comic jig around the ring every so often.
In some ways, a fall from grace of this kind was perhaps inevitable. The novelty of his being the guy that tried to kill Stone Cold wore off, and so too the fact that he was a 300 lb man wearing a thong. After that, there was little to help him stay afloat, his mojo having long since deserted him.
