10 WWE Wrestlers Who Lost Their Mojo
6. Seth Rollins
The easy explanation for Seth Rollins' apparent downturn in form over the last year is that he's still suffering the after-effects of a serious knee injury, the type of which would slow even the best athletes down a notch.
There could be some truth to that. The Architect's last great singles match, after all, arguably came against Finn Bálor at SummerSlam nearly 18 months ago, since which time major feuds against Kevin Owens, Triple H and Bray Wyatt have largely failed to catch fire.
Does this mean his best years are behind him? Definitely not. Seth is still a relative baby in wrestling years, and major storylines including a potential face-versus-heel feud with Dean Ambrose ostensibly lie ahead.
All we're saying is that the Seth Rollins of two years ago was an altogether more dynamic and exciting presence in the Monday Night Raw main event scene, both in and outside the ring, than he is today. The fact that he's back playing Roman's bridesmaid is of course part of that, but there's something else missing as well.
