10 WWE Wrestlers Who Need A Fresh Start In 2021
3. Chad Gable
In a merciful move, the performer formerly known as Shorty G is known as Chad Gable once again.
2020 was a non-runner of a year for Gable. In January he was fodder for the return of Sheamus. He was in the Royal Rumble, participated in a tournament and aligned with King Corbin. Until recently he has accomplished absolutely nothing of note. After a losing effort against Lars Sullivan, he returned to his former ring name and opened The Alpha Academy. This academy so far seems to be a boot camp of sorts where he is training other wrestlers with Otis being a current client.
Gable is ending the year with a lot more potential than he started it with. It's not a lot but it's more substantial than his appearances throughout 2020. Chad Gable is an excellent wrestler with so much potential. He is a natural underdog due to his relatively smaller stature and he is easy to support. Let's hope we can see him be a part of some great wrestling matches in 2021. With a few wins his star can begin to rise.
