10 WWE Wrestlers Who Should Ask For Their Release

7. Luke Harper

If this list was compiled a month ago, Luke Harper probably would have been at the top, but the emergence of SmackDown's Bludgeon Brothers over recent weeks has given a sliver of hope to fans of Bray Wyatt's former right-hand man.

That's really all it is, though: a sliver. The fact is that there are simply dozens of examples of WWE projects that have, despite signs of promise, been binned shortly after making their television bows. And the Bludgeon Brothers, frankly, sound like another.

Harper's chances of a single push seem dead and buried too. If that was ever going to be a thing, it would have been a thing at WrestleMania earlier this year, with an all-Wyatt Family triple threat bout for the Face of Fear's WWE Title.

Eric Rowan's tag team partner has been successful on the independent circuit once before and, having grown both in profile and ability during the time since, you would back him to do it again.
