10 WWE Wrestlers Who Will Be Top Stars By The End Of 2021

2021 looks set to be a HUGE year for Damien Priest and Cameron Grimes.

2020 may have largely been a memorable 12 months for all the wrong reasons, but that still didn't stop a few new faces from making quite the splash in WWE during that period.

From Keith Lee becoming the first-ever star to hold both the NXT and North American Championships simultaneously, to Bianca Belair finally catching fire and eventually carrying that momentum into this year's Road to WrestleMania, there were a few flickers of pulsating light in one of the darkest of times in modern human history.

But with that turbulent year now firmly in the rear-view mirror, which other stars will soon find themselves rubbing shoulders with Tribal Chiefs, Bosses and Scottish Warriors towards the top of the card?

Fresh new faces only recently signing on with Vince McMahon's empire, tried and tested hands from the company's black and yellow brand, and various main roster stalwarts all have the potential to make 2021 the year they reach the top of the monumental WWE mountain.

But, we'll just have to wait and see whether or not the big boss at the top gets sick and tired of them after five minutes...

10. Cesaro

For the longest time, fans have been clamouring for the Cesaro Section to be taken seriously.

However, despite becoming the inaugural Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal winner at WrestleMania XXX, earning tag team gold on seven occasions, and even winning the U.S. title during his time with WWE, the ridiculously talented Cesaro has still never been given a proper crack at the main event scene.

That all looks set to change in 2021, though. A stellar showing inside of the Elimination Chamber and excellent recent run of form on Friday Night SmackDown on FOX - enhanced by a career-best promo on Talking Smack - has paved the way for his first-ever main card 'Mania singles match at this year's event.

Should Cesaro and Seth Rollins put on the type of show the ROH alumni are no doubt capable of on the Grandest Stage, expect the 'Swiss Superman' to be primed for a top of the card programme against whichever big name walks out of 'Mania 37 holding the Universal Championship.
