10 Youngest Wrestlers To Ever Compete At WWE SummerSlam
7. Dominik Mysterio
The Mysterios have a long history with SummerSlam. In 2002, Rey Mysterio made his WWE Pay-Per-View debut on the show in a losing effort to Kurt Angle. In 2005, Rey did battle with Eddie Guerrero in a ladder match for the custody of Rey's son, Dominik. Then, in 2020, that same little boy whose fate hung above the ring fifteen years earlier made his own wrestling debut at SummerSlam.
Dominik was out to avenge his dad's dismembered eye in a Street Fight against The Monday Night Messiah, Seth Rollins. Dominik put on a very impressive show against the much more experienced Rollins, lasting over twenty minutes in the ring with him before being put down with a Stomp. Not bad considering he was five days younger than Randy Orton was when he made his SummerSlam debut.
Things have gone from strength to strength for the younger Mysterio since this encounter. He's found a solid place on the card teaming with his father, had numerous singles matches and won his first championship when he and Rey defeated The Dirty Dawgs at WrestleMania Backlash 2021.
He's come a long way since being fought over in a ladder match.
