A bit of a shocker this. It feels as though Emma has been around for years at this point, with news of her signing first breaking way back in 2011. Due to return to WWE Raw as Emmalina at any point, it could be the start of something special for the Australian; Emma is still just 27 years old. A long career beckons.

Emma was born on 1 March, 1989 in the Melbourne suburb of Boronia. She has said that she was introduced to professional wrestling when she was eight years old by her brother Jake, meaning she began watching the sport just as the Attitude Era was blowing up.

One worry with Emma is her injuries, which started at a young age. She missed two years of ring time whilst still in her teens thanks to a shoulder injury, and has consistently missed time since signing with WWE in 2011. Here's hoping Emmalina truly is a new start for this much underrated performer.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
