A standout candidate for 'Most Improved Wrestler of 2016', Alexa Bliss has come a long way since making her debut on NXT in 2014. She was just 23 then, and at 25 years old now Bliss is the youngest member of the entire SmackDown Live roster.

Born on 9 August, 1991, Bliss was just 17 days old when Bret Hart defeated Mr. Perfect to win his first singles title in the WWF at SummerSlam that year. A native of Columbus, Ohio, Bliss competed in softball, gymnastics, and bodybuilding before signing a WWE developmental contract in 2013.

Whilst Bliss is still but a wee pup at the age of 25, if she were to win the SmackDown Live Women's Championship she wouldn't come close to being the youngest female winner of a championship in the company.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
