If you've never witnessed the majesty of a six-man showdown in the 2018 Rumble, then you owe it to yourself to rectify that instantly. Was it the biggest Rumble moment ever? Hardly, but the tension was thick as Finn Bálor, Roman Reigns, and Shinsuke Nakamura squared off with John Cena, Randy Orton and surprise package Rey Mysterio.

People couldn't wait to see what was going to happen next.

Orton > Mysterio > Bálor > Cena > Reigns. That was the order of elimination after fans erupted for the staredown spot. Anyone concerned that Vince McMahon would lazily hang his hat on Roman would leave refreshed. Nakamura scored the win to rocket onto WrestleMania, and everyone popped with approval once the final bell sounded.

This was a star-enhancing closing stretch for someone like Shinsuke. He'd been a sensation on NXT and arrived on WWE's main roster in style, but winning one of the promotion's most prestigious matches showed ultimate faith in him backstage. His win wouldn't have been as hot without this brawl.
