It’s not often you see someone cut a promo mid-match, but that was exactly what CM Punk did during the 2010 Royal Rumble.

In the midst of his Straight Edge Society days, Punk entered at #3, eliminated Evan Bourne and Dolph Ziggler, and then had Serena Deeb hand him a mic, where he proceeded to deliver a ‘sermon’ to the Atlanta crowd.

JTG entered next. JTG was eliminated next. CM Punk continued his sermon. The Great Khali entered next. Beth Phoenix entered and eliminated Khali, before Punk eliminated her. CM Punk continued his sermon. Zack Ryder entered next. Zack Ryer was eliminated next. CM Punk continued his sermon.

And then, well then Triple H happened, of course, with the Game bringing an end to the fun and throwing Punk over the top rope.
