Every WrestleMania success story has to start somewhere. For Bayley, it all kicked off when she won the 2024 women's Royal Rumble by lasting over one hour from the #3 slot. As it turned out, this and beating IYO SKY at 'Mania 40 would prove to be Bayley's 2024 highlights. Her title reign wasn't much to write home about.

Still, it felt great to see Bayley get her moment at the Rumble and win the whole thing.

She ousted seven different workers from the match: Candice LeRae, Indi Hartwell, Bianca Belair, Tegan Nox, Maxxine Dupri, Tiffany Stratton, and Liv Morgan. Belair, Stratton, and Morgan stick out as the most high-profile of those eliminations. Something else staggering happened during the 2024 Rumble too.

Naomi set a record by lasting 1:02:18 in the bout. That topped times marked by Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan in 2023. Then, on the same night, Bayley beat Naomi's record by going 1:03:03. How's that for friendship?!
