Street popularised flamboyant wrestling gimmicks decades before Goldust was even conceived. This 'Exotic' grappler was a tremendous heel, riling crowds up with an outrageously-attired effeminate gimmick that was unlike anything else in the sport at the time, and nobody has ever executed the character type so well. Not Dustin Runnels, not Rico Constantino - nobody.

The Welshman never worked a single bout for Vince McMahon Sr. or Jr.
