Why They SHOULD Be In:

Anybody trusted with carrying Jack Swagger and Alberto Del Rio's careers needed more than just that rascal he rode around on to support the weight, but it spoke to the faith in Dutch's innate ability to get any and everybody over. He'd done for decades as a wrestler (and behind the scenes as a creative force) before transitioning to working as a manager.

Why They AREN'T In:

He's currently in the wilderness after spells with Impact Wrestling and MLW. Until he's back with WWE in some capacity, he may have to wait for his WrestleMania (weekend) Moment.
