Why They SHOULD Be In:

It's an outdated gimmick, the "evil" Russian, but unquestionably an important one in professional wrestling history - and Ivan was amongst the best and most successful to do it. A decorated NWA legend, he also has the honour of defeating Bruno Sammartino to become WWWF Champion on his resume. Really, it's insane that he hasn't found his way in yet.

Why They AREN'T In:

Who the hell knows? He was part of the big concussion lawsuit against WWE a few years ago but stands out as by far the biggest name on that list. Mark this one down to pettiness.
