Why They SHOULD Be In:

By any metric WWE could apply to their ropey criteria for the Hall Of Fame, CM Punk would qualify as a lead inductee. A multi-time top-line Champion, genuine needle-mover and over-achieving all-rounder, he transformed WWE's in-ring style when few others would have, but left before it bore enough fruits for him to benefit. He did it all over again following his 2023 return too. 

Why They AREN'T In:

For years, it seemed as though a permanently fractured relationship would have put paid to him getting back into the company, let alone its Hall Of Fame. Now, the only thing in the way seems to be his status as a main roster mainstay. He wants a key role in NXT (at least) when he's done - the Hall seems inevitable a long as relations stay positive.
