Backstage gossip can be as entertaining as on-screen conflict in WWE. This year was no different, with Paige getting heat for dropping the F bomb in a video interview, and Eva Marie copping heat from the other divas over her "wrestling" push in NXT. Then there was the two Tough Enough winners, Josh and Sara, who bagged contracts worth $250,000. That's significantly more than other NXT and Performance Center wrestlers, meaning that the pair had instant heat when entering the WWE system. There are far more deserving wrestlers, who are on much less money. Resentment was inevitable. However, there's one clear winner of this award, and that's Lana. When she was meant to be feuding with Rusev this fall, she took the unwise decision to post a photo on social media of the engagement ring he bought her. It killed her storyline and Vince McMahon was said to be furious. Lana then generated further heat, after using social media to shoot on Paige being a bully. Divas like Summer Rae and Rosa Mendes stuck up for Paige, and insiders reported that Lana had nuclear heat in the Divas locker room and upper management. At the start of the year, she was meant to be the new Sable, but her actions have came close to being a career killer. Winner: Lana
