10. An Elbow For The Princess

For months, young Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley terrorized the WWE roster alongside husband Triple H and associates D-Generation X. She was loud, obnoxious and above all else, a spoiled brat. Fans wanted nothing more than to see her get what she deserved, even if it was but for a moment. But she always managed to evade danger. She escaped the clutches of Superstars like Mick Foley and Kane and hid behind her championship-winning significant other.

While WrestleMania 2000 would not provide fans with the happy ending they wanted, with The Rock dethroning Triple H for the WWE Championship, it would give them the sweet taste of comeuppance.

After seeing his title dreams dashed by a shocking betrayal at the hands of deceitful chairman of the board Vince McMahon, The Rock unleashed hell on his boss and prodigal son Shane before the Billion Dollar Princess caught his eye. She berated him and slapped him. The insult was all he could take. In a shocking moment that put an exclamation point on the broadcast, The Great One delivered a Rock Bottom to Stephanie, then followed with a People's Elbow, undoubtedly in tribute to the millions...and millions that had supported him and wanted to see the daddy's girl silenced.

It was a great way to send fans home happy despite booking the heel to leave WrestleMania with the WWE title for the first time in event history.
