11 Best Wrestlers To Defeat WWE Champion Brock Lesnar

2. Daniel Bryan

Daniel Bryan Brock Lesnar Daniel Bryan vs. Brock Lesnar would be the modern day tale of David vs. Goliath. Bryan at 5€™ 8€ is absolutely dwarfed By Brock, but has enough loyal fans who could rally around him for an underdog victory. What Bryan also has working in his favor from a visual standpoint is an impressive number of submissions and high-flying moves that could help him look like a plausible challenger to Lesnar despite the height and weight difference. There is a chance that when Bryan returns, fans will demand that he's the one who should stop Lesnar, and won't accept any substitutes. We€™ve seen his fanbase already derail WWE€™s plans multiple times by refusing to accept him as a heel in the Bray Wyatt storyline, and by booing Batista mercilessly upon his return. Because of that, the company was basically forced to abandon Randy Orton vs. Batista at WrestleMania, and Bryan worked his way in. The same thing could happen if Bryan returns and isn€™t given the push that fans are happy with. Working against Bryan is that management still doesn't see him as a top star. He just doesn't have the look that WWE loves like a Hogan, Warrior, Cena or Rock. He's small, and has a giant beard. They just don't get it. But if fans keep demanding Bryan in the main events, WWE may have to give in and allow him to go over on Lesnar.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
