11 Best WWE Royal Rumble Returns Ever

7. Goldust

The bizarre one initially returned at the 2002 Rumble as the second entrant, starting the match against Rikishi. Goldust, who had spent the previous two years in WCW before Vince McMahon bought it out, lasted over 16 minutes before being eliminated by an Undertaker chokeslam over the top rope. Dustin Runnels' performance in the Rumble earned him a full-time contract with WWE. He would go on to become the leading comedic performer in the company alongside Booker T while suffering from Tourettes-like mannerisms. Runnels would make a second return as Goldust at the 2006 Rumble at number 29 and a third return at the 2013 event, battling and teaming with his real life brother Cody Rhodes. Cody would eventually get the better of Dustin by eliminating him.
