The timing of the John Cena time off news and the Total Divas storyline of Dolph Ziggler romancing Nikki Bella has fooled some fans into thinking there are problems with Cena and Nikki Bella. Believe it or not, some people really do fall for Total Divas "reality" television. The truth is that Ziggler and Nikki dated years ago, but there's no truth to the story that Dolph is interested in her again. It is just a script to add drama and conflict to Total Divas. It could also end up being a story on Raw, with Ziggler and Cena contesting some matches in December. With that in mind, WWE could even write the storyline into the reason Cena is having time off. They could make out that he had to go home after seeing Ziggler wreck his relationship. But that's all storyline. Could there actually be genuine other problems with the Cena / Bella relationship? Possibly. But would he really take time out due to such an issue? Unlikely.
