4. Marriage
On the flip side of the last point, maybe John Cena is taking time out to actually marry Nikki Bella and have a honeymoon. It sounds like a wild theory, but that's certainly been a reason why other WWE superstars have had a month off in the past. The thing with that is, Bella is still advertised for the European tour. Then again, it isn't as if it would be a major deal if she wasn't going and WWE hadn't updated the advertising. It isn't like Cena, it isn't as if people are buying tickets to see Nikki Bella. Marriage has been one of the key themes of the Cena / Bella relationship on Total Divas. She's apparently keen to marry Cena, and he's reluctant. That's stemming from the fact he has had a failed marriage. That's supposedly why Dolph Ziggler wants to rekindle his romance with Nikki, because he can offer her marriage. Could the ultimate end-game of that story be that Cena and Nikki are about to marry for real? Only time will tell.
