11 Problems Nobody Wants To Admit About WWE NXT

8. Television Matches Are Too Short

NXT's television gets a lot of praise, but the content is actually fairly weak. There'll be a good ten minute plus main event every now and again, but the undercard is usually very soft. Two and three minute matches are regular occurrences, and that sort of booking ultimately helps no one. Yet fans have overlooked this aspect, when they'd be absolutely ridiculing it if it was on Raw. What's probably going on, is that fans find it refreshing to have such an easily digestible show. The one hour run time is a god send compared to three hour Raw shows. Yet the run time is actually a problem, and such short matches are actually problematic to the wrestlers and long term development.
