11 Reasons WWE Made Brock Lesnar Vs The Undertaker Hell In A Cell

1. Protecting Both Men

When it comes down to it, Brock Lesnar or The Undertaker will lose this feud. One of them is going to do a job, and that's going to hurt them. By moving the bout to Hell In A Cell, WWE have protected that damage, at least to some degree. There's a difference between a job on a B show and a job at WrestleMania. The company doesn't want either man to be on the end of a loss, but it can do damage limitation by booking it in October. That then gives the loser time to rehabilitate their image before Mania 32 in six months, when they'll need to be back at their strongest in headline slots. The cell stipulation also offers up a sort of reason for losing. It isn't like this is just a straight up wrestling match, it is a barbaric gimmick that involves chain mesh and assorted weapons. Whoever loses will have been put through a physically draining contest, hence they won't look like a normal loser. Hell In A Cell allows both men to come out looking like fighters.
