Something that has really weighed WrestleMania 32 down is the level of hype, with the promotional build starting way back in January 2015. WWE are continually encouraging the idea that this will be the biggest Mania ever, setting a new attendance record. Furthermore, there's a feeling that this will be The Undertaker's final ever event. As a result, fans are left anticipating something spectacular. Great narratives and great matches are just presumed. But nothing is a given, and if wrestling has taught us one thing, it is that hype rarely delivers. Especially when the hype has been built on nothing - there's no matches announced, the attendance record may not be broken, and Taker may not even be retiring. Low expectations often produce much stronger shows (see last year), so Vince McMahon has potentially cursed Mania 32 with a big hype machine.
