Having had two sensational WrestleMania shows in a row with 30 and 31, it could prove third time unlucky for WWE in 2016. It is unheard of for Mania to be so consistently strong, meaning that a dud show is due. Mania 30 and 31 actually rank up there as two of the best Mania shows ever, which means that 32 is under immense pressure, following suit is going to be very hard to do. In fact, it may be impossible, trying to live up to such a strong critical standard. Sure, the live gate and business numbers might stack up, but if fans think the actual event is garbage, it will be forgotten history. The shadows of the last two years are going to loom large, cursing Mania 32 to come off as weak in comparison.
