11 Things We Learned From NXT TakeOver: The End

10. Andrade 'Cien' Almos Is Going To Be A Star

This is less something learned and more something confirmed, but Andrade 'Cien' Almos looked like an absolute star in his debut win. Andrade wrestled under a mask as La Sombra beforehand, but without it Andrade's ceiling may arguably be higher. Put simply, the guy is one handsome dude, and has that marketable face that WWE adores.

He's also a total superstar in the ring, not missing a step in his opening match against Tye Dillinger. His work was fluid, exciting. and the crowd responded to everything he did with aplomb. It isn't going to take much work to make Andrade a genuine big deal in NXT, and subsequently a big deal wherever he ends up on the main roster.

If I was a betting man, I'd be putting a pound or two on Andrade 'Cien' Almos winning the upcoming WWE Global Cruiserweight Series.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
