One of the things that stood Vince McMahon out from every other pro wrestling promoter was his willingness to innovate. While other promoters looked at the industry as what it was, McMahon looked at it as what it could be. He ripped the unwritten rule book up, breaking away from the regional set-up of professional wrestling and selling the WWE across the United States. Any promoter could have done that, but only McMahon had the guts and instinct to do innovate like that on a major scale. But the biggest innovation he made, was selling pro wrestling across pay per view. Seizing upon new technology, it opened up WWF shows beyond just the seats in arenas. McMahon had succesfully found a way to make even more money. To this day, his business model is still being used by the UFC, in promoting shows for pay per view. However, McMahon has innovated once again, offering all WWE specials across the WWE Network. That risk is yet to succeed or fail, but in the long run it could be his final great accomplishment.
