11 Wrestlers Who Masqueraded As Rosebuds

Finally we have Becky Lynch. The Lasskicker seems to have taken a longer route than most to the top of her profession, including a brief retirement in the mid 2000s, but she has been nothing but a success since arriving in NXT in 2013.

Lynch didn't make her TV debut until 2014 however, and this was after she appeared with Rose at the forefront of his Exotic Express. You'd be forgiven for not recognising Lynch however, as her slowly-becoming-iconic orange hair wasn't yet there. Lynch sported a more traditional dark red, and the difference is stark.

But front and centre of the Rosebuds she was, just another face in the drug-addled crowd that Rose liked to drag around with him. She has gone on to become the biggest star of all the Rosebuds, bigger even than that damn Bunny. When all is said and done this may well change, but Becky Lynch is positioned to be a truly vital female presence in WWE for years to come.

And for that, we have Adam Rose to thank. Kind of.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
