This one is really going to depend on the severity of Rusev's reported injury. He's said to have suffered a leg problem at the pre-Elimination Chamber Smackdown. If that's going to put him out long term then obviously he's no chance at Money In The Bank. But if he is fit, then he's got to have a really good chance of victory in the briefcase match. He's an upper tier mid card heel who has just spent months feuding with John Cena. Another big narrative is now needed, and the MITB briefcase could be the perfect vehicle. He's got a lot going for him and is undoubtedly a future WWE title contender. But right now, the timing might just be a little wrong for him winning the briefcase.
