Asked by @aWWEguy Why should he? Pat Patterson has always been a private guy, he probably doesn't like the idea of just sharing his life all over the internet. It is a generational thing. He's a seventy-four year old man. Twitter isn't for him. It should also be noted, Vince McMahon's Twitter account is managed by someone else. Other WWE Twitter accounts are also bogus. Some wrestlers genuinely do use social media, but for others it is just a WWE marketing tool.
