Having been out for most of the year with a concussion issue, Daniel Bryan could return for a one-off appearance at The Slammy Awards. It would give WWE an opportunity to get some value out of him, by having him present an award and doing a promo. It would be a segment that would pop the fans. There's even the possibility that he could make an announcement on an in-ring return. The official verdict has to be coming soon, with the Royal Rumble and WrestleMania season approaching. If he's coming back, presumably it would be in time for the Rumble, so you'd guess he'd be back at some point around now. It has been months since he first said he was getting a third and final opinion on his health. Maybe the verdict will come this Monday, on one of the most high profile Raw shows of the year.
