You can’t make a list talking about the best Royal Rumble performances without talking about a masterful session by one of the greatest ever, Ric Flair.

Of course, we’re talking about the 1992 Rumble, when Flair entered at #3, tossed five men and won the WWF Championship. But this was about more thank longevity or the title. Flair was the focus of the match, with participants attacking him every time someone new entered the Rumble. Flair managed to avoid the horde, survive and then win the title when he tossed Sid Justice.

Go back and watch it for the little things, like Nature Boy celebrating a cleared-out ring with a Flair Flop, only for Rowdy Roddy Piper to upset his relaxation. It’s a tremendous performance, both the physical aspect and the small signals throughout.

With a tear in your eye, you won’t regret it.
