12 Biggest WWE Championship Change Squashes

7. Chyna vs. Ivory - WWF Woman's Title (WrestleMania 17)

The beginning of the end for Chyna in WWE can be pinpointed to this moment, when she obliterated WWE Women€™s Champion Ivory at WrestleMania X7. Up to this point, the Ninth Wonder of the World was one of the hottest commodities in WWE €“ the only female Intercontinental Champion, posed for Playboy, the first woman to compete in the Royal Rumble and the King of the Ring tournament. But when you€™ve hit the ceiling there€™s nowhere to go but down. Faking a serious neck injury was the only way WWE could make it appear that Ivory had a chance against Chyna, and even then, their title match lasted less than three minutes, with the last minute being Chyna toying with the champ. Unfortunately for Chyna, it really was her last hurrah. No one was going to buy someone who was competing against the likes of Chris Jericho and Eddie Guerrero as being at-risk of losing to Ivory, Lita or Molly Holly. Chyna was gone from WWE in 2001, ending a promising career and sending her life into a tabloid spiral.
