12 Early Predictions For Wrestle Kingdom 12
7. Omega Vs. Naito II
When Kenny Omega defeated Tetsuya Naito in the closing stages of the G1 Climax, he claimed the top spot as New Japan's greatest heel, punching his ticket to the main event of Wrestle Kingdom 11. Though both Naito and Omega failed to close out the Tokyo Dome as Heavyweight Champion, they're clearly integral parts of New Japan's plans for the future.
Though they both display villainous personas they have enormous global fanbases and their G1 contest was so superb it must have a sequel. Omega could continue his pursuit of Okada throughout the year and walk into WK12 as champion, while Naito could make a G1 Climax 27 push, setting the ultimate stage for their rematch. An IC title bout is also a possibility, but their in-ring talent means they won't avoid each other for much longer.
