12 HUGE WWE Clash Of Champions 2019 Predictions You Need To Know

4. Bayley (c) Vs. Charlotte Flair

Bayley and Charlotte Flair have never had a singles match with the conditions they currently find themselves working under - 'The Hugger' and 'The Queen' have traded titles in the past, but never with the former cast as the prevailing villain of the piece.

By default rather than any storyline design, Flair has been babyfaced at exactly the right time. Clash Of Champions will take place in Charlotte, North Carolina, with those in the 'Queen City' sure to be roaring her on to her tenth World Championship at the expense of a titleholder they'd have most likely booed before this turn.

Heel Bayley has thus far allowed for some cautious optimism that the turn will take. Tweaking her work rather than transforming it, the former favourite inserted subtle touches of cowardice and cockiness into the outstanding Four Horsewomen Raw tag team clash and her SmackDown Live follow-up with Ember Moon. Such thrilling chemistry with Charlotte in the past suggests there'll be more of the same here, but the hometown faithful won't get what they want at the end even if they've been served a showpiece beforehand.

Winner - Bayley
