12. Bubba Ray Dudley Returns To WWE After Over Nine Years Away
It was widely speculated, including on the article 10 Possible Surprise Entrants Into The 2015 Royal Rumble, that the Dudley's could make a return at the pay-per-view. They are both free agents, and the Rumble took place in the birthplace of ECW, Philadelphia. While we didn't get DeVon Dudley for the match, we did get Bubba Ray Dudley, and it didn't take long for the night's biggest surprise to occur as Bubba came in at #3. There is some speculation that Bubba used some padding to look fatter because he has been in such good shape for years, but it didn't matter because he brought it to the Rumble match. We got to see some old Team 3D nostalgia with the Wassup Head Butt and 3D Dudley Death drop with Bubba and R-Truth. It was definitely a good showing for Bubba for his first ever entry into the Rumble match as he had two eliminations in The Miz and R-Truth, and hopefully leads to another WWE run as Bully Ray.
