12 Most Alarming Physique Transformations In WWE History

1. Triple H

Again, Triple H has always been in decent shape. A lifelong bodybuilding fan, Triple H puts in the hours at the gym. Hell, he even used to manage a gym before deciding to give professional wrestling a try. Such is Triple H's enthusiasm for working out that he wrote a book about the subject in 2004. The book - Making The Game: Triple H's Approach To A Better Body - was widely panned, but you cannot argue with Triple H's physique. The guy is a stud.

But he wasn't always as big and as cut as he is currently. In 1996, while still in good shape, he was noticeably smaller. By 2000, however, he seemed to have packed on about 50lbs of solid muscle. It was also about this time that he found himself on the receiving end of the strongest push in the company. Interesting. After Triple H went down with a torn quad in 2001 he returned in 2002 even bigger than before.

Triple H's muscle gain was not without its problems: it was in 2002 that he started to experience all-too-frequent muscle tears and hematomas. Even now, at age 48, Triple H keeps himself in incredible shape and regularly appears on the cover of muscle magazines.
