11. Jeff Hardy Wins IC Title - Manchester, England (2006)

Jeff Hardy has basically done it all in WWE: tag champion, singles champion, daredevil extraordinaire. He’s won about 20 championships during his tenures with the company and been immortalized by some of his more adventurous, risky spots.

In mid-2006, Hardy left TNA (where he had been since 2004) and returned to WWE for the first time in more than three years. Within a few short weeks, he won Intercontinental Championship gold. He would lose the title back to Johnny Nitro in early November before regaining the strap the following week on the same Manchester episode of Raw that Rated-RKO won the tag titles.

Hardy held the IC title for about three months before losing it to Umaga, but he was well on his way to a highly successful singles run in WWE.
