12 Reasons Brock Lesnar Will Stay With WWE

4. He Has Nothing Left To Prove

Take a look at Brock Lesnar's MMA career: yes, it was short. He has just a 5-3 pro record. However, he accomplished a ton in a very short amount of time. Consider this: Brock Lesnar beat some of the best, champions and former champions, while in the UFC. Randy Couture, Frank Mir, and Shane Carwin are the three biggest names he holds wins over, and two of those are Hall of Fame material. His first loss actually came to Mir, a future Hall of Famer, in a bout he was controlling. He would later, of course, get his revenge. His second loss came to Cain Velasquez, considered by most to be the best heavyweight of all time. Lesnar and Velasquez remain tied for most heavyweight title defenses in UFC history. His third and final loss came to Alistair Overeem, a man many considered the best heavyweight alive, who then turned out to be (as many suspected) cheating, failed a drug test after the Lesnar fight which should have resulted in the win coming off Lesnar's record, and was later exposed, taking multiple punishing losses against Bigfoot Silva, Travis Browne, and Big Ben Rothwell. In short, he lost to guys who were the best, or were cheating, won against more of the best, had a dominant reign as champ, and has nothing to make up for.
