1. Finn Balor Finally Returned

And finally, though many fans hoped he would make a surprise appearance at WrestleMania itself, Finn Balor finally returned on Raw as Seth Rollins' surprise tag team partner against Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe.

It's infuriating to know that Balor was healthy to fight at WrestleMania and WWE deliberately forewent the awesome potential of him fighting The Undertaker, but Mania's loss is Raw's gain, and it was an awesome, crowd-pleasing moment.
