12 Things You May Have Missed From Last Night's WWE Raw (Jun 4)

7. Nia's Latest U-Turn

Few characters are as inconsistent as Nia Jax at the moment. 'The Irresistible Force' might be Raw Women's Champion, but she's a mess creatively. Last week, she completely undid all the good work done during her feud with Alexa Bliss by becoming the thing she'd spent most of her year raging against - a bully. This was egregious enough, but WWE made matters worse last night.

Natalya hurt her knee while working Nia in a non-title bout, leading directly to her loss. Cameras caught up with her a few segments later. With Ronda Rousey by her side, Nattie had an ice pack on the wounded joint, and a pair of crutches for extra assistance. Jax showed up, but she didn't continue down the path established last week - instead, the champion apologised to her opponent, rendering her bully-ish turn pointless.

WWE must pick Nia Jax's direction, then stick with it. The U-turns are maddening. She already has enough trouble getting over without the constant switches, and unless the company iron out these inconsistencies, it's impossible to see her as the 'Force' they want her to be.
