12 Times Triple H Put His Ego Aside

10. Losing To The Shield...Twice

In the run-up to Wrestlemania 30, The Shield's role as henchmen for Triple H and The Authority became strained to such a point that they eventually turned on their bosses and ended up beating Kane and the New Age Outlaws at the pay-per-view. Afterwards, they ended up becoming just as much of a problem for Triple H as the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion, Daniel Bryan. They defended the champion as he was getting beaten down by the newly-reformed Evolution, and ended up saving the day on multiple occasions. The Hounds of Justice found themselves battling Triple H, Randy Orton and Batista at Extreme Rules, and despite a decisive victory there (including THIS dive from the stands), they still went on fight again the month after at Payback. That match was a No-Holds-Barred Elimination match, and The Shield actually managed to get a 3-0 clean sweep victory in a decisive final moment for the trio, before they disbanded the night after.
